Established in Sydney, Australia in 2008, four talented classical vocalists with successful careers in opera, music theatre and the concert stage banded together to form the vocal group Figaro. In a very short time, the group expanded the concept to include the USA and the UK and today the group continues to wow and bring audiences to their feet around the world.
Figaro presents entertaining and moving renditions of some of the world’s most popular classics taking their audiences through a journey of excitement, laughter, tears and adulation. The extensive experience of the performers covers a wide cross section of musical genre from opera classics as Nessun Dorma from Puccini’s Turandot , Musical highlights such as Music of the Night from Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera, right through to songs from the classic “crooners” as Dean Martin, Tom Jones, Elvis and even Michael Buble. Popular songs as My Way, Delilah, Unchained Melody, Sway, You Raise Me Up, to name a few, are performed with energetic and impressive vocal precision as Figaro continues to leave audiences wanting more.
